Why Early Access?

“Pyramis is my first commercial release as a solo developer, and it's not lost on me that the audience for this kind game is somewhat niche. Rather than take a shot in the dark and hope for the best, I believe it'd be best to gather feedback as the game develops to ensure it satisfies the players I'm targeting.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The goal is to finish development by the end of 2025.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The core gameplay has been realized, and the plan is to complement it with new features such as local multiplayer, a practice mode, and more. In addition, there are plans to improve the game's presentation with animated backgrounds and characters.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The main gameplay mode, Arcade mode, is functional and thoroughly enjoyable, and colorblind options are available. Other modes aren't playable yet, and many of the quality-of-life features you'd expect from a modern PC game haven't been implemented, but in terms of pure gameplay, the one available mode has proven itself among the current playerbase to be fun to replay, practice, and come up with strategies for.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“As development continues, the price may increase to account for increased polish and replay value added by new modes.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The goal is to make a game that's especially engaging for puzzle game fans, from casual players to Grand Masters. Feedback from players who love the genre and understand it best would be fantastic.”

About This Game

Line up patterned blocks to build as many pyramids as you can, then crush them all at once to convert them into points! Pyramis is an arcade puzzle game that will have you matching colors, filling in space, and making chains in entirely new ways.

Designed for puzzle fans first and foremost, Pyramis is a challenging game, and the best strategies demand skill and close attention. For first time players, building a pyramid can be a challenge itself, but beyond that, the pyramids you build can be extended, rotated, overlapped, intersected, chained, and recursive!

In Arcade mode, the goal is to earn the highest score you can and survive as long as possible while the game continually gets faster.

Additional modes will be added as development continues!
