'This game is in early access to promote community development. We plan to fully release the game with features that may not have been possible without community involvement, and will ultimately become a better game in the long run.

This game is also in early access because it helps us gauge public interest in it, and whether to bring it to completion.'

You should expect to see low quality models and artwork, and we currently have no guarantees on the stability of the game (meaning that you will probably come across some bugs).'

'We plan to have the game be free during the beginning stages of early access, but we plan to raise the price to a small value around the time of the initial full release. We may also raise the value of the game to a standard price some time after the initial release.'

Weaponeers, a primarily multiplayer game, is centered around making weapons and using them with other players.

Highlights
In Weaponeers, you battle players with weapons you make from scratch, taking place on a series of maps with multiple modes of play. While many games in the First Person Shooter genre are centered around the player, this game is focused on the weapons and their mechanics. Weaponeers sports both an intuitive weapon construction system and a fluid weapon firing system.

Current implementations

This game currently contains a well developed weapon firing and building system, a testing map, an incomplete production-stage map, basic networking code, FPS movement, and a basic user interface

Technical details

Weaponeers is primarily multiplayer, with all of the networking code written from nearly scratch. This game is made with Godot, as an effort to support the open source nature of it.

Words of warning
Note that this game is in its very early stages, so expect to find bugs, low quality assets, and a lack of features.
