About This Game

Whispering Stacks is a cozy, rogue-lite side-scrolling zap-em-up where you play a wizard trying really hard to study at the library while its magical inhabitants do everything in their power to stop you

  • Zap your way through a randomly generated library full of magical foes, on your quest for arcane knowledge

  • Collect stylish outfits you totally didn't steal from a giant moth

  • Build your own cozy reading nook where you can relax after a long day of fighting mythical creatures

  • Befriend virtual companions and invite them to stay in your reading nook

  • Collect mysterious artefacts like the Divination of Tranquility tarot deck

  • Run in terror from the librarians
