“Yooca: Next Horizon is a living, breathing virtual world — and Early Access allows us to build that world together with you. We've laid the foundations of a rich life-simulation RPG where players grow traits, master skills, complete quests, and explore a vibrant multiplayer virtual world. But this is just the beginning.

We’re launching in Early Access because Yooca is designed to evolve — with new gameplay mechanics, tools, and environments being added continually. In the near future, we plan to let players enter Creator Mode to build and monetize their own experiences, rent land, open custom stores, craft unique items using resources, and participate in a fully player-driven economy.

Our goal is to make Yooca not just a game, but a platform for creativity, commerce, and social connection. That means:

• Adding powerful building and creation tools for players and creators.
• Expanding the game with new cities, quests, mini-games, and professions.
• Growing the player-to-player marketplace powered by Younits, YouniDollars, and crafting resources.
  
• Continuously refining and improving core systems based on community feedback.

By releasing in Early Access, we’re inviting passionate players and creators to help shape the future of Yooca: Next Horizon — feature by feature, update by update.”

“We're working towards the full version of Yooca: Next Horizon to significantly expand on the foundation laid during Early Access. While the current version already includes core gameplay loops such as growing your character traits, completing quests, and mastering skills, the full version aims to deepen and broaden the player experience across the board.

Here’s what we’re working toward for the full version:

Creator Tools & Building Mode
We're planning a "World Building Mode" that allows players to build their own interiors, storefronts, or fully custom experiences on rentable land plots.

Player-Created Stores & Virtual Economy
We're also working towards letting players sell their own virtual products, set pricing using in-game currencies and crafting resources, and participate in a player-driven economy with marketplace features.

Expanded Crafting & Professions
A deeper crafting system is also in the works, where players use earned or traded resources to create unique items, unlock new professions, and supply other players.

More Cities, Environments & Quests
We envision the world of Youniverse to continue to grow with new areas to explore, mini-games to play, and quests to undertake.

Community Features & Social Systems
We plan to enhance interaction tools, events, recognition systems, and possibly creator monetization features to encourage vibrant, player-led communities.

The goal is to make the full version feel like a truly immersive and player-powered universe — rich with opportunity, creativity, and connection.”

“The Early Access version of Yooca: Next Horizon includes the core gameplay loop and a strong foundation for the evolving metaverse experience.

Players can:

• Create and customize their avatars and apartments
• Grow their Character Traits (Net Worth, Authority, Influence, and Strength)
• Master a variety of skills like cooking, cycling, piano, and more
• Complete quests and mini-games that reward in-game currencies, resources, skills, interests and XP
• Socialize using text chat, emotes, and proximity voice chat
• Participate in daily and weekly leaderboards

While many systems are already functional and fun, some are still in early form or being actively improved based on player feedback. The Creator Mode, building tools, marketplace, and deeper crafting economy are not yet available but are actively in development.

Overall, the current version is fully playable, engaging, and continually expanding — ideal for players who enjoy being part of a growing world and helping shape its future.”

“Yooca: Next Horizon will remain free-to-play during and after Early Access. Players can jump in, explore, and enjoy the core experience without any upfront cost.

Players who get in during Early Access will receive exclusive "OG status" badges, special in-game collectibles and lock in their OG status which allows access to exclusive areas in the game.

In-app purchase packages and pricing may evolve over time as we introduce new content, systems, and features—especially around the Creator Mode, virtual economy, and marketplace. Early Access players may have access to special starter bundles or limited-time offers as a thank-you for supporting the game in its early stages.

Our goal is to ensure that all monetization remains fair, optional, and balanced with gameplay progression.”

“The community is at the heart of Yooca: Next Horizon. We're building a world where players don’t just play — they shape the future of the platform alongside us.

We’ll involve the community in several key ways:

• Feedback-Driven Development: We actively listen to feedback through Discord, Steam forums, and social channels, using it to guide balancing, feature prioritization, and polish.
• Public Roadmaps & Developer Updates: We’ll share our development roadmap and post regular progress updates so players know what’s coming and what we’re working on.
• Playtesting New Features: Early Access players will have opportunities to test new features and systems — including Creator Mode and crafting mechanics — before full release.
• Creator & Builder Spotlights: As the UGC tools roll out, we’ll highlight community-built content and offer ways for top creators to be featured or rewarded.
• Events & Community Challenges: We'll host in-game events, competitions, and seasonal quests that celebrate player creativity and involvement.
