Third-Party Server Operations

The online functionality of this software relies on servers operated and maintained by Epic Games, Inc. The Developer does not own, control, or manage these servers, nor does the Developer have authority over their performance, availability, or functionality. As such, the Developer is not responsible for disruptions, limitations, or changes in server operations imposed by Epic Games or any associated infrastructure.

By accepting this agreement, the User acknowledges that the Developer cannot be compelled or obligated to provide alternate server solutions or modify the software to accommodate changes made by Epic Games. Any such changes or limitations are beyond the Developer’s control, and the Developer shall not be held liable for any impact to the User’s experience stemming from third-party server decisions.
