“The core game is already complete, with large open-world resorts to explore and hundreds of challenges and activities.

The main reason we’re going into Early Access is the map editor, and map sharing. The editor is already very powerful (it’s the same tool we’ve used to build all the mountains in the game), but right now it’s not very user-friendly.

Since creating and sharing mountains will be an essential part of the game, we want to shape it together with the community to make building and sharing your dream mountain simple, fast and fun.”

Berapa lama permainan ini dijangka akan berada dalam Akses Awal?

“It really depends on how the map editor evolves, and the feedback we get. Our aim is to leave Early Access before the end of the year, but we’d rather take the time needed to get it right than rush out of Early Access too early.”

“The main difference will be the functionality of the map editor and map sharing features.

During Early Access, we’ll start with a simpler version of the map editor and gradually expand it based on the feedback we get from the community. The overall plan is to:

- make the editor fast and user friendly
- add any tools or features needed to the editor
- add sharing and discovering maps inside the game
- figure out the best way to organize community content in Steam Workshop

The core game is already complete, but we’ll continue polishing and improving things throughout Early Access as well.”

Bagaimanakah keadaan semasa versi Akses Awal?

“The core game is complete and includes large open-world resorts to explore, with hundreds of challenges and activities.

The map editor is fully functional but it's missing features and a bit rough around the edges, especially for new users getting started.

Sharing maps through Steam Workshop is not available yet.

Overall, the game is very playable and complete as an experience, but the creation side will be improved over time.”

“Yes.

The price will be lower during Early Access to reward early players for jumping in before the map editor and sharing features are complete.

Also, the feedback we get at this stage helps us make the game better, and that means a lot to us.”

Bagaimana anda merancang untuk melibatkan Komuniti dalam proses pembangunan anda?

“We want to stay very close to the community throughout Early Access. We'll be eager to learn how to improve the map editor and map sharing, and iterate quickly. The whole point is to build this together, not in isolation.

We already have an active Discord and a great community around the game, and we'll use that along with the Steam forums to keep an open and ongoing conversation with players.

As things progress and players start building, we'd also love to highlight and share player-created mountains for inspiration.

The idea is not just to collect feedback, but to actually shape the map editor together with the players.”
