Varför Early Access?

“This is a graduate school level project, This game is from a culmination of students who were learning while creating. The game will still be in development after the release. We want users to try out our multi player game to help aid in fixes that we are not able to see on our end. This will allow us to smoothly adapt and create a better experience for users.”

Ungefär hur länge kommer det här spelet att vara i Early Access?

“The game will be in early Access through June. We want time to be able to fix any issues that arise while allowing time for the users to play all features of the game.”

Hur är det tänkt att den fullständiga versionen ska skilja sig från versionen i Early Access?

“In the Early Access version, we are launching with one map due to our small team's timeline constraints. For the full version, we plan to add multiple maps, new cosmetics, and additional game modes to enhance the overall experience. These additions will provide more variety and polish for players. We want to be transparent with our community, and we believe it’s important to set clear expectations that the Early Access version will be missing some of these features. In the full release we plan to offer a more complete and refined experience for players, with new content and improved gameplay options.”

Hur är det nuvarande läget i versionen med Early Access?

“The current Early Access version offers a full game state, allowing players to experience the core mechanics and gameplay as they plan to be in the final release. In the Early release players are able to compete online on the Verocity map for a race to the finish. During gameplay players are able to tryout different ability combos to find the best suited set for their playstyle. While not all abilities are completed with individual VFX, players will be able to still use corresponding abilities effectively. While not all planned features are included yet, players can get a good feel for the direction the game is heading.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“No, as we are a team of students we do not intend to profit off of Verocity. We made this for the intention of learning and we will continue to in development.”

Hur planerar ni att involvera gemenskapen i er utvecklingsprocess?

“The community plays a crucial role in shaping the development of our game. We will be actively gathering feedback from players through forums. This input will directly influence the game’s direction, from gameplay tweaks to new features. As gamers ourselves, we understand how important the user experience is, and we are committed to making adjustments based on your feedback”
