About This Game

The knight Gregory Bellatoni arrives at a mansion party, intent on meeting Princess Eliza. 

In order to reach her, Gregory must adventure through a labyrinthine world that exists as a mirror to his own. Inside the world of the Weave, he encounters characters from art and fiction, phantoms of artists, and beings from seemingly nowhere at all. Gregory quickly finds out, however, that some inhabitants are friendlier than others...

Gregory, with the help of Kand, a strange denizen of the mirror world, must overcome obstacles, tame beasts, and make peace with his inner desires to escape this world and reach Princess Eliza.

Swap Abilities on the Fly

An artist needs the right tool to paint their symphony. Along your journey you'll find an array of different types of abilities, called Mementos. A new Brush is a melee attack, an Instrument a ranged attack, and a  Tempo a mobility action. Craft a build that suits your playstyle, and switch it up as you go to take advantage of your environment and opponents' weaknesses.

Evolve Your Gameplay

Tune your instrument to your preference. Flourishes are additional Mementos that modify how your Brush, Instrument, and partner Kand operate. Test combinations to find new builds.

See A New View Around Every Corner

The Weave manifests beings from all over the collective consciousness. With art that changes to fit each encounter, you may be wandering through a renaissance painting one moment and battling a rubberhose dragon the next. The places you walk, the puzzles you solve, and the creatures you fight change the world around you.

Spot Familiar Faces

Wait a second, what's he doing here? Sometimes you may encounter someone you've seen before and wonder what they are doing in this world. Some of these are characters, but others are the phantoms of real artists who have left their mark on the Weave.

Have Your Lightbulb Moment

New boons await you all over. If a spot seems out of place, there just might be something hiding in a secret nook. Perhaps you need to keep exploring and come back later, but this world rewards careful investigation.

The story is simple and familiar. Save the princess atop the tower distant. But the 'dragons' you will face along the way may surprise you. Some may terrify, some may humble, some may pull on thy heartstrings. But each will bestow upon you a lesson. The story may be simple, and it may seem familiar, but the true heart of a story...
