Miksi Early Access?

Initium is the final project of our curriculum, developed by a team of two developers with little prior experience in game development. While we are proud of what we have created, we recognize that there is still much to improve. Early Access allows us to refine the game, implement new features and process player feedback as we continue development.

We anticipate roughly 4–5 years of development before considering a full release. During this time, we will continue to add new features, fix bugs, and optimize the game.

Initium is currently fully playable from start to finish. Our goal for the full release is to expand the game with new features, immersive sounds, improved gameplay mechanics and additional content.

The game is currently in its first version (1.0.0), meaning it is fully playable from start to finish. However, minor bugs may occur as it is still in the early stages of development. For more details, see the “About this game” section.

The main game will be free for as long as time goes.

We hope to gain community feedback to shape Initium as we refine and expand the game. We highly value feedback, as it plays a crucial role in fixing bugs, optimizing the game and improving the overall experience.
