Why Early Access?

“Legends of Azamar is an ARPG built around loot, classes, abilities, and dungeon-crawling. Early Access allows me to work closely with players to make sure that these systems are fun to engage with and work as expected. Additionally, balance is especially important for an ARPG, and community feedback is critical for getting that right.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Legends of Azamar is planned to be in Early Access for at least one year. This timeline may be extended or shortened based on the amount of changes and content that may be added throughout the Early Access period.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“At the start of Early Access, Legends of Azamar will include four dungeon floors and three playable classes. Throughout the Early Access period, I plan to add additional content such as new floors, classes, abilities, items, enemy types, bosses, and new passive skill trees, shaped by ongoing development and player feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version of Legends of Azamar features the core gameplay loop of slaying enemies, finding loot, levelling up and improving your character. The current state of Legends of Azamar includes playable content up to floor four, three playable classes and a small selection of passive skill trees.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“During Early Access, Legends of Azamar will be available at a lower price due to the current state of the game and ongoing development. The price is planned to increase for the full release of the game to reflect the amount of content and features.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Getting feedback on Legends of Azamar is critical for its success. I will be actively reading and monitoring feedback on the Steam forums and the official Discord server, using it to influence balance changes, general improvements, and future content.”

About This Game

Legends of Azamar is a fast-paced action RPG focused on loot, dungeon crawling, and visceral combat. Answer the call of Bar-Ulduun, an ancient dwarven city of legend. Driven by glory, treasure, or duty, descend into the depths, battle deadly foes, and uncover the secrets that lie below.

Classes

Battle through the depths as the mighty Warrior, the cunning Rogue, or the enigmatic Mage, each wielding unique weapons, abilities, and play styles. Adapt, experiment, and uncover the legends buried deep within!

Dungeon Crawling Action

Legends of Azamar is an ARPG condensed to its core. Descend, fight, loot, return to camp, and repeat. Face increasingly deadly challenges as you push deeper, growing stronger with each expedition, culminating in challenging boss fights!

Replayability

Do you have the courage to face Bar-Ulduun's ever-shifting depths? Each expedition will never be the same with procedurally generated dungeons, dynamic paths, quests, and unique items to collect.

Choose your Path

Build your character with legendary equipment, powerful passives, and devastating abilities. Shape your path with multiple unique passive skill trees, each offering new avenues of character customisation. Will you become an unbreakable juggernaut by following the path of the Tower? Or embrace the Serpent’s cunning, and strike with lethal poisons? Or will you walk your own path?
