About This Game

The goblins are coming! Oh my, there are so many.

Goblin Storm is a roguelike survival experience where the player must defend their castle at all costs. As the game progresses, the attacking goblin forces will grow stronger and stronger. Will you protect the realm? Or will you fall to the Green tide?

---Game Features---

Weaponry:
Over 50 unique weapons to arm yourself with! From simple bows, to maces, katanas, land mines, and even flamethrowers. Each weapon has a unique attacking style, and some have special bonuses, such as the Katana applying a bleed DoT effect, or a Great Hammer having enormous knockback.

Mix and match your armory of weapons to come up with satisfying combos, find counters to certain enemies, and maximize the strengths of your characters.

Player Classes

The game features three unique classes. The Knight, the Ranger, and the Mercenary. Within each class, there are different playstyles. For example, as a Knight, you may decide to heavily boost your melee capabilities or decide to become an unkillable tank instead.

The Ranger is a swift footed archer, focusing on boosting a variety of ranged weaponry, setting traps, poisoning and slowing enemies, and unleashing devasting volleys from afar.

The Knight is a sturdy bastion, destined for the front lines of war. They excel at close quarters combat, shrugging off enemy blows and even healing themselves. Oh, they can ride a noble steed too.

The Mercenary is the jack of all trades. They are able to utilize any weapon effectively, seamlessly weaving between ranged and melee, turning invisible, and even dual wielding. They also have a focus on extra gold gain, and an easier time obtaining exotic weaponry.

The Castle

It's your base of operations. You can upgrade it according to your desires. Install a variety of traps, including spiked pits and cauldrons of boiling oil. Build huge towers to give you better vantage points, add automated archery systems, and even operate a ballista. You can also focus on passive upgrades, such as extra gold or HP every round.

Mining

Unearth extra treasure and gold from mining. However, be wary, for all this extra wealth will surely just attract more Greedy Goblins! You also might release some exotic new types, such as mushroom goblins.

The Goblins!

They are coming. The game features over 50 different goblin types. From goblin grunts to self-detonating goblins, ninja goblins, flying goblins, pirate goblins, spider-riding goblins, and even goblinapults. Learn their patterns well and you may be able to survive another day.

The Bosses!

They mean business. Every ten waves, a powerful Boss goblin will arrive on your border. The all have unique, interesting mechanics, such as eating their underlings, or launching cannon barrages. Your resolve will be tested.

Goblin Storm is a roguelike, featuring randomized waves and weaponry options. Try a variety of different builds, classes and weapons to see which playstyle you like most. The game is designed for re-playability and will eventually feature a meta currency that is saved between playthroughs.

CO-OP is currently enabled locally, and the game has controller support. Call over some friends and save the realm together. Design synergistic party compositions to get the job done. Online multiplayer is currently under development too.
