왜 앞서 해보기를 진행하나요?

“Jitter Games is a continuously developing product aimed at building minigames for Twitch streamers to play with their community. As the minigames develop so will the varying levels of Twitch integration with each minigame, therefore working with the Twitch community for continuous feedback helps us build what streamers want to see.”

얼마나 오래 앞서 해보기를 진행할 계획인가요?

“Our goal is to come out of early access by the end of 2026.”

“We look to build a variety of Twitch integrated minigames for streamers to play with their community. Offering creators new ways to play with their fans & monetise their content.

Future planned features:
- Defending team players (not just limited to host)
- Playable game state without a host Twitch streamer
- Tower Defence style mechanics & interactable objects
- Twitch Extension integration (Viewers can interact live with tower defence objects to help/hinder the chasing players.
- Expand on defender powers.
- New tower defence style map.
- In Steam monetisation (Avatar customisation)
- Progression/reward system
- Twitch Host moderation controls

“User gameplay experience to be launch-able via Steam.

Initial game-mode features:

Host features:
- Twitch Streamer World Hosting
- Twitch Streamer Host: Game start/setup control panel
- Twitch Streamer Host: Defender Powers control panel

Player features:
- Full directional player controls (Movement, click to zoom/fire, jump/double jump)
- In game social voice audio chat
- In game text chat

Gamemode:
Core game-mode loop consists of, chasers (players) must run down an obstacle course to the castle to catch the defender. Game reset, winning catcher can become defender if selected by Twitch streamer host.

Twitch Integration:
Viewers in Twitch chat can vote using Twitch Polls feature to vote for the defender's power. And use emotes in Twitch chat to blow up bridges in game.”

Jitter Games Playtest Build Info

Jitter is a multiplayer game designed for Twitch streamers to host games for their communities.

Accessing the Playtest
Launching via Steam will take you to the main menu (Alpha build). From there, you can browse and join available worlds.

If No Streamers Are Hosting
You’ll only see one public autoplay world. This mode allows you to play without a streamer, but note:

Gameplay here is not representative of the full streamer-hosted experience.
You’ll need at least one friend to initiate auto rounds.

What is Jitter?
Jitter turns Twitch streams into fully interactive, Twitch-integrated gaming experiences — where thousands of players can jump in at the same time!

Viewers don’t just watch, they play, with the ability to control the action right from Twitch chat. Whether it’s joining the game directly or influencing gameplay through real-time chat commands, Jitter creates massive-scale experiences that keep everyone engaged.

In the main game mode, Chasers race down a chaotic obstacle course, dodging traps and pitfalls to reach the Defender in the castle — but beware, the Defender has powers to stop you. Each round resets, and the winning Chaser can become the next Defender if the Twitch streamer host selects them.

🎮 As a Player, you can expect:

Full directional movement with jump and double jump.
Click-to-zoom and fire controls.
In-game voice and text chat for team coordination and social play.
Interact with siege obstacles in-game to progress through the castle.
Outside of a streamer-hosted session, a “Free to Roam” world to get social with friends.

🎮 As a Streamer, you can expect:

Select the Defender, start & reset matches.
Customize Defender powers.

Twitch Integration

Viewer Voting: Twitch chat votes for the Defender’s next power using Twitch Polls.
Twitch Extension: When a world is hosted, viewers on Twitch can interact directly with the game through the streamer’s channel using the Jitter Extension.
