The world of the game is much like ours only a few years in the future. The rise in technology has brought great advances in all fields. The world is better, more healthy, less polluted, the people live longer lives and enjoy greater freedom. That however is only a surface look, in reality even this world is not free from many of the problems we ourselves face. Pollution caused armageddon is slow but ever encroaching, the divide between the classes even wider, governments and organizations getting their grips tighter around the individual. It is a world that hangs at the precipice of a utopia and a dystopia.
