Why Early Access?

“Early Access gives us the chance to continue developing the game together with the community as we complete all 9 chapters. The complete storyline is already written, and prototypes and early builds for several chapters exist. Balancing, pacing, interactivity, and presentation are areas where community feedback is especially valuable. With Early Access, we can steadily expand and refine the game step by step until the full release.

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Early Access begins in December. We plan to release the game in three phases, each containing 3 chapters, with new sections launching roughly every few months. Our current goal is to have the full release ready sometime in 2026.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version will let players experience the first parts of the story (initial chapters) and give feedback on pacing, atmosphere, and interactivity. The full version is planned to include all 9 chapters combined into one continuous experience, with expanded visuals, animations, and sound design. It will also integrate improvements and adjustments that come directly from community feedback during Early Access.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The first 3 chapters are fully playable and technically stable. Additional chapters are in development and will be released in the next phases, while we continue to refine gameplay, visuals, and performance based on community feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, the price will remain the same – even after the end of Early Access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We welcome all kinds of feedback to help improve the game. For technical issues, bug reports, and detailed questions, we've set up a dedicated Discord group where players can share their experiences and get support. This allows us to respond quickly and improve the game step by step.”

About This Game

BeiHai 2010 is an emotional point-and-click adventure about youth, love, and the journey of growing up. Dive into the memories of Namo, who, after years abroad, receives a wedding invitation from her old school friend Shannon. This unexpected message sends her spiraling back to her youth in the Chinese city of Beihai.

Experience a touching story of friendship, first love, and the bittersweet challenges of coming of age. Accompany Namo on her journey through the past and present, encountering people who shaped her life: Lanshi, her first great love, Shannon, her closest friend, and Duchuan, the quiet companion who was always by her side.
