„Drift Stage has been available in various versions since the game's initial inception in early 2014. The original prototype (released as a "pre-alpha demo") has been consistently popular since its debut.

Due to circumstances surrounding difficulties with the games development - release of this version of Drift Stage was continuously postponed until accommodation and review of the games code could be made - however, a considerable amount of time has passed since 2018 - and a steady increase in demand has led to the decision to release this version to the public.

The main goal of this release is delivering the last remaining unreleased build of Drift Stage to the fans and backers who continue to play almost a decade after its first inception in 2014; in addition to creating a funding avenue to continue development of the project.“

This version of Drift Stage currently has single-player time trials and online/split-screen multiplayer on three tracks with a roster of twelve cars along with a robust car decal editor.“
