Scavengers scrap viciously for their lives in the ship graveyard that spans the beaches of the Eastern English coast, under shadow of smoke from the great volcano Azufre Nuit.

In neighbouring Allford, the Critic tires of his divine, incomprehensible workload, dreaming in secret of the dangerous artistic pleasures of wild nature.

Everywhere, your world has already hurtled into chaos.

It is your job to make sense.

Clocking in for a shift as a Diacritic, you will be expected to solve puzzles based around manipulating 3D shapes in space. You will complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and answer questions about your experience. Allow yourself to be chilled or enchanted by an icy story of selfishness, selflessness, suffering, survival and scant hope that threatens to infringe upon the world outside the screen.
