END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. Introduction
Welcome to Tales of Miravia! We are thrilled to share this world with you and with the community of content creators we admire so much. This End User License Agreement (hereinafter, “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which you are granted the right to use the game. By installing or accessing Tales of Miravia, you agree to comply with these terms. We want you to enjoy a unique experience while protecting the efforts and intellectual property behind this project.
2. Definitions
Licensor: LeashaDevGames, responsible for the creation and distribution of Tales of Miravia.
User: The person who downloads, installs, or uses the game.
Software: The game Tales of Miravia, including all its components, updates, modifications, and associated documentation.
User Content: Videos, streams, reviews, derivative works, or any content you generate from your experience in the game.
3. License Grant
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tales of Miravia solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
4. Use of the Software and Content Creator Rights
Personal Use: You are authorized to install and run Tales of Miravia on your devices for your personal entertainment.
Content and Creation:
Content Creators: We value and encourage the creator community. You are free to record, livestream, review, or create derivative works based on the game, provided the following conditions are respected:
It must be clearly stated that the game and its graphic elements are the property of the Licensor.
They must not be altered, distorted, or modified in a way that affects the integrity of the original game experience without prior authorization.
Promotional Materials: Any other use of the game content for advertising or commercial purposes will require prior written authorization from the Licensor.
This policy is designed to be friendly and supportive toward content creators while protecting the value and integrity of Tales of Miravia.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, code, graphics, sounds, and other elements of Tales of Miravia are the exclusive property of the Licensor and are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. No rights other than those expressly granted in this Agreement are transferred to you.
6. Restrictions
By accepting this Agreement, you agree not to:
Alter, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or modify the game in any way.
Distribute, rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Software without authorization.
Use the game in a way that infringes third-party rights or that could harm the reputation or operation of the Software.
Circumvent, prevent, or interfere with any security mechanism implemented in the game.
Use the game for unlawful purposes or in violation of morals and public order.
7. Updates, Support, and Availability
The Licensor reserves the right to issue updates, modifications, or fixes to the Software at any time without prior notice. The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and the Licensor shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the Licensor, its directors, or employees be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, damages, or harm arising from the use of or inability to use Tales of Miravia, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
This Agreement takes effect upon installing or using Tales of Miravia and remains in force until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement immediately in case of breach of any of its terms, in which case you must cease using the game and delete all copies from your devices.
10. Amendments to the Agreement
The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication, and your continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this Agreement periodically for possible changes.
11. Privacy and Data Collection
To improve the gaming experience, Tales of Miravia may automatically collect technical and usage information. For details on what information is collected and how it is used, please see our Privacy Policy. By using the game, you consent to the use of your data in accordance with said policy.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent jurisdictions of the designated territory.
