Miksi Early Access?

We believe in developing Soul Tides alongside the community. As a multiplayer strategy game with deep customization systems, Early Access allows us to gather feedback on gameplay balance, unit synergies, Blessing variety, and overall pacing. By involving players early, we can shape the game into a more refined and rewarding experience.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We plan to remain in Early Access for around a year, depending on player feedback and feature development. This timeframe gives us room to implement new units, Blessings, game modes, and polish the multiplayer experience.

We plan for:

  • More units and Blessings with unique synergies
  • Additional research paths and tech tree content
  • New visual effects, UI polish, and balance tuning
  • Full controller and Steam Deck support
  • Expanded multiplayer features (matchmaking, ranked play, etc.)
  • Lore, ambient world-building, and more progression systems

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The Early Access version includes:

  • Fully playable multiplayer matches
  • Core tug-of-war auto-battler gameplay
  • Customizable unit abilities (Blessings) and research system
  • Resource economy including Gold, Supply, and Soul Pool
  • The Prayer system for unlocking new units and powers
  • Functional UI, working netcode, and a global tech tree

Content and polish are still ongoing, and balancing is being actively tuned.

While we strive to keep the cost unchanged, we might increase the price when the game exits Early Access to reflect the expanded content and features.
