This demo offers a short look at the opening section of Conversion Strain, giving players a chance to explore the facility, test the control system, and face the first mutated threats.

OVERVIEW

Conversion Strain is a tense, atmospheric survival adventure that begins inside an underground laboratory overrun by creatures born from a synthetic virus. Navigate tight corridors, gather what you can, and make your escape before the infection spreads further.

You’ll play as Caine Finnigan, Victoria Mosley, Suki Kunimitsu or Ade Balogun, a strike team sent to uncover the origins of this pandemic.

GAMEPLAY FEATURES

Experience a throwback-inspired style with carefully placed static camera angles that heighten tension and create a cinematic view of each encounter.

• Resource scavenging & light crafting

Search fallen enemies and storage areas for materials that can be used to craft ammunition and basic supplies needed to survive your escape.

• Dual-state movement

Move with classic tank-style navigation, then shift into an aiming stance that gives you more precision when facing threats.

• No HUD for maximum immersion

The interface stays out of the way to keep you focused on your surroundings and the dangers within them.

• A relentless pursuer

Something in the facility has locked onto your presence. Stay alert—running is often smarter than fighting.
