About This Game

PRESENTATION

Gridiron Masters '98 simulates the sport of football and presents it to you in a sports network style. The bold colors and unforgettable design let you peak into a football world that encompasses 112 college teams in 10 conferences and 36 pro teams in the NFA. Enter a football world visually set in the 90's. The big pads, the neck rolls, waffle sole cleats, teal colored turf and larger than life sports personalities! Immerse yourself in the football world. 

TEAM MANAGEMENT

This game is less about managing spreadsheets and more about the audio and visual aesthetics. Team management is very light and quick which keeps things moving along. Tasks include setting the depth chart, allocating scouting resources, drafting and signing players and coaches.

COACH CONTRACTS

Instead of multiyear contracts, a score system adds up all the achievements of a coach's season and weighs it against the AD/GM's expectations and patience. Make sure to keep them happy else you will be looking for another job. 

TV SHOWS

Keep up to date on events, news, scores and controversies with a full slate of tv shows from CSPN for college and pro football. Watch as the show hosts layout the scores, stats and game analysis. So grab some pizza or whatever your pleasure is and watch the show! Don't forget the remote!
