Epic Transport is a casual pixel style transport sim inspired by OpenTTD. Unlike other transport sims in this game you start from the most basic form of transport, a walker, and go all the way up to alien spacecrafts. Finally a way to remove those pesky cows.

Why Early Access?

“I've been in alpha for quite some time deciding upon systems and implementing necessary features. I hope to gain a lot of feedback on my project as I move toward improving it for the long term.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I believe it will require at most one more year in the sense of having all of the features, stability and graphics improvements.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In the full version I would like to have industries and make more transport types stand out from each other in terms of what they are used for. The scope I'd like to achieve is just to have a game that feels generally satisfying, simple to play and with a solid enough content base.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Early Access includes walkers, bikers, vehicles, trains all usable along with their paths. Boats, buoys, waterways, landfill and bridges for terraforming. Airplanes and airports. Rockets and rocket pads. UFOs and secret labs. A research menu with quantum research. The alien transport ship with quantum portal. The game is savable, has preset hotkeys, includes a tutorial, has one default map and 15 OST.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Price will not change even after full release or any new content is added.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I plan to use discord to get feedback from anyone interested and I hope to at some point implement Steam Workshop.”

About This Game

Make networks of walking, biking, road and train paths, all of which can cross each other by simply removing a tile after vehicles were spawned prior.

Replace land with light water, light water with landfill and build bridges over light water.

Launch rockets that turn into money making satellites. 

Current Game Features:

  • 9 vehicle types, 3 in early, mid and late game.

  • 15 songs, including the main menu and credits

  • hotkeys / buttons For redundancy

  • research upgrades with quantum research building

  • human resources / alien resources system for progression

  • a simple order system
