Psycho-Sleuth is a mystery deduction game that fuses classic whodunit elements with cognitive distortion mechanics.

In this deadly game of "kill without being caught," every murder is reshaped through the lens of bizarre mental disorders. Logic twists, truth warps—only your reasoning can restore order.

A Twisted Trial of God

A mysterious cult named Li has seized control of the world.
Their cruel trial is simple: commit murder without being exposed, and you shall ascend to godhood.

13 "Afflicted Ones" are summoned—individuals burdened with rare cognitive disorders that spread their warped perceptions to others, creating murder scenes that defy reason:

  • OCD forces absolute truth—no one can lie

  • Spatial neglect erases evidence from the left side of reality

  • Prosopagnosia blurs every face into anonymity
