About This Game

Overview

"The Day Valentine Died, and So Did I!" is a romance adventure game and visual novel by "Ryokucha Ni-Hachi Gou(緑茶弐捌號)"

Players will face life-or-death decisions as they choose whether to "break the flags" or "accept the chocolates" from the heroines to survive the ultimate Valentine's Day challenge.

Story

"The Day Valentine Died, and So Did I!"

Valentine’s Day.

A day when humans exchange chocolate as tokens of affection or friendship—or, as some would claim, a sinister conspiracy by the confectionery industry [citation needed].

Akira Morisaki carefully crafted relationships with the girls around him and successfully collected three chocolates.

However, on his way home, he was hit by a car and tragically lost his life.

In the afterlife, he met Chocoriel, the angel of Valentine’s Day.

“Congratulations! You are the 214th person to die on February 14th! As a special bonus for this milestone, you’ve earned the right to relive the day!”

And so, Akira was granted a chance to redo February 14th.

But there’s a catch…

“Forget about getting chocolates today!”

Yes, the very thing that triggered his death was receiving multiple chocolates.

An overwhelming amount of love can destroy a man, after all.

To change his fate, Akira must ensure he avoids accepting chocolates from any girl except the one he truly has his heart set on.

“Focus on your true love and break all the other flags, okay? ❤”

And so begins Akira’s day of systematically shattering the flags he had worked so hard to set up.
