This timeline allows for delivering a polished and feature-rich experience that meets both standards and community expectations, while also providing time to continue refining the AI and ensure it remains state-of-the-art upon release. This timeline can be extended according to the needs of the user base.”

“AI Pals Engine is planned to expand beyond its current state in several exciting ways:

• Expanded Customization: Add new widget types to give users even more control and faster ways to interact with the AI.
  
• Community Collaboration: Enable players to share widget themes and AI personalities through the Steam Workshop.
  
• Deeper Extensibility: Create hooks that allow external applications to interact with the app or providing dynamic information
  
• Better Usability: Improve the user interface to make it easier to enter the private LLM world once the technology is more stable.
  
• Documentation: Develop more text content that delves deeper into the apps capabilities, providing examples and inspiring creative uses.
  
• Integration of Cutting-Edge Technologies: Further integration of state-of-the-art technologies and better multi-modal capabilities.
  
• Cloud- and Custom Hosted Models: Further exploration of OAI TTS and Text endpoint integration, including a convenient cloud model integration via Steam Microservices (if the community votes for a convenient way to use cloud models)
