«Like our previous game, Third Crisis, we are building Neon Nights in structured stages. A significant amount of content is already fully playable, with additional storylines, systems (such as Horny, Perversion, jobs, and minigames), and more bad ends planned for future updates. Early Access allows us to actively incorporate player feedback while sharing regular development updates. We are committed to expanding the game over time and delivering a complete lewd cyberpunk experience!»

- 10 side quests
- 14 unique environments
- Gameplay-focused sequences including hacking minigames, a racing segment, collectables, and a “Horny” management system involving masturbation
- The first life-sim system: a waitressing job at a sex club

Third Crisis Neon Nights is a game that focuses on showing explicit sexual acts, and takes place in a world where lewdness has taken over most of the population.

There is straight sex as well as girl/girl and guy/guy sex in some scenes. There are also some depictions of use of a fictional drug to enhance sexual pleasure. Elements of BDSM are also depicted, mainly domination and some bondage.

NPCs may hit on the protagonist or grope her, but the player is consistently able to consent to them or turn them down.
