Miksi Early Access?

As a solo developer, I believe in the power of community-driven development. By launching SlimeClimb in Early Access, I aim to get as much feedback as possible from players to refine and enhance the game to fulfill my vision. My goal is to create a game where creativity knows no bounds, and community input will without a doubt be crucial in shaping the final product.

Planning to have the full version of SlimeClimb include a host of new features and content based on player feedback. Planned additions include:

More diverse objects and challenging enemies
Improved performance and stability
Cloud Saving
Comprehensive tutorials and guides

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

Game is relatively stable, and functioning. Majority of major features are implemented.
As of January 2025, Create-Mode and it's level designer exists, players can fully design and build custom levels using the tool. Story-Mode chapter 1 is completed along with it's Boss Battle and collectables. Refer to "About This" for more specifics.

A colorful action-platformer game where you climb, as a slime! Dive into the Story-Mode and play a handcrafted, true slime experience with boss-battles, and more! Make & share your own levels with Create-Mode's level-builder or even try to beat ones made by others!

How high can you climb (as a slime)?
Jump and backflip from one platform to the next, collecting coins and power ups, avoiding spikes and enemies, and fighting bosses along the way as you climb as a slime. Learn the secrets of the Subterra and master the ways of the Climbers.
Do you have what it takes to climb to the top?
Journey to the Subterra, a strange and mysterious world where slimes and other creatures live under the surface of the earth. They long to see the light and the stars above but face evil only one creature can beat, YOU. A young climber slime who wishes to help their people by being the first to reach the top. Along the way you discover a tired and old climber named "The Elder Slime" who is past their prime but filled with wisdom that you, the young slime, have yet to learn if you want to reach the top.
