Waarom vroegtijdige toegang?

'Community and feedback is critical to creating a good game for those who are interested in playing it. As this is our first title, early access allows us to reach an audience sooner, and it allows players to show support for the full and timely completion of the project.'

'Around 12 months. The game will leave early access when the base game features (outlined in the roadmap, subject to feedback) are finished. Further features/content will likely be added after the game exits early access'

'The initial early access release has about 10% of the planned content, and about 60% of the planned features. A game in this genre depends on extensive content and options for players to pursue their builds and theories. we plan to expand on this primarily.

Content we plan to add:
- more tiles
- more moons
- more evocations
- more orbit events
- more modifiers
- more starter decks with unique properties.

Features we plan to add:
- different boards with unique properties
- more ways to interact with your build on the planet scale
- more ways to interact with the orbit events, so that you can skip or change them
- run history
- a new set of tiles, called clockwork tiles, which aim to make engine building more consistent
- new game+ support so that more experienced players may continue to challenge themselves'

'The initial early access release is a representation of the core gameplay, outlined in the About This Game section. It should give the player an impression of whether they like the core idea (placing tiles, creating engines and exploring interactions). We are still finalizing the aesthetic, so there might be some un-polished assets or features.'

'Discord will be our tool for receiving feedback and suggestions. We hope to build a strong relationship with the players of our game as we are very passionate about the connection that is shared over games, and understand how important it is to be heard as a player'

Over dit spel

In Genesis, placing tiles with unique properties contributes to the stability of your planet. The challenge is keeping up with the increasingly volatile core, until it has finished assembling. The player must use tiles, moons, and other fun features to uncover powerful combinations and keep maintain your stability!

Each tile has its own unique effect and properties, which can be used to create combos and chains of interactions. 

Use powerful evocations to alter the state of your planet, your cards, anything! for a price...

Use the deck forge to improve your cards, remove junk, and modify triggers!

Discover and utilize the power of moons, and use their interactions to create stronger, more intricate combinations with your build.

Challenges will be thrown at you, junk tiles will fill your plates, and deck. Use your skills to overcome the obstacles and make the best of what you've been given. Even bad things can be used to your advantage if you're clever!

Maintain your core until the last plate is put in place to become a successful creator! However, there will be so many more challenges to come...
