While Mel fears for the sanity of his friend, The Purple Patriot sets about creating his own superhero team. He soon discovers that a wall of bureaucracy stands between him and his dreams of becoming an official Manhattan superhero. Surrounded by temptations, he's forced to decide whether a campaign of justice can really be founded on some pretty nefarious practices.
