What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We would like to involve the players in the development of Mech Marines and improve the overall quality of the game based on the feedback we receive. While the game is already playable, there is still room for improvements and fine-tuning.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Unfortunately, at this time it is difficult to say how long the development will take. Questions about the current state and planned features will be answered gladly in the forums.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“There will be a little singleplayer campaign and some new features and game elements. We also plan to support additional languages and basic controller support.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Currently, players can play in 1 vs. 1 multiplayer matches or against a computer controlled opponent in the singleplayer skirmish mode. The game is fully playable but you may encounter some errors from time to time. A few gameplay elements are still missing.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Depending on the complexity of the new game elements and features we are going to add, it is possible that the price will increase slightly when the game is released.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will continually inform the community about planned changes and our decisions. These can be discussed and debated in the community forums or in the appropriate comment sections. We are also pleased to receive your feedback, criticism or suggestions for improvement!”
