2009. Ben, an officer of the Red Flower Society, an underworld mob that operated in Kowloon, Hong Kong is found murdered in Thailand.

Yeung Kwun, the head of the Red Flower Society, asks Yvet, who used to belong to the assassination organization “the web”, to investigate the case.

In Thailand, Romrowan, the head of Newmoon, a Thai crime syndicate, is wanted for Ben's murder.

Yvet, an old acquaintance of Ramrowan, stands up to exonerate him.

2009. Miok, an agent with North Korea's Ministry of State Security, is tracking a North Korean defector in Thailand.

She discovers that her target is being transported by a Hong Kong broker and follows him, only to have him murdered before her eyes.

Myok and her former subordinate, Yui, who has now defected and is working in Thailand's entertainment district as Kathooey, track down the broker's cell phone.
