Guards vs Goats is a first-person, linear, medieval FPS, with a touch of humor.

Story

Once upon a time, in a forgotten land, in a forgotten era, there was a kingdom.

The kingdom was living in peace and prosperity. A peace and prosperity which made the lords of the realm bored and greedy.

When blood and war against neighboring kingdoms was lacking in their daily lives, the lords decided to fight among themselves.

Times like these called a hero. A different... kind of hero...

You are William but the realm knows you as mercenary called "Goat".

You will be summoned by the lords of the realm to perform their "lordly" tasks in return of  some gold.

• First person, linear, action playthrough.

• Every chapter consists of one or more of the following modes:

  • Slower paced dungeon crawler levels, where you explore castles and dungeons.

  • Fast paced horde-mode levels where you fight your way out.

  • Boss fights.

  • Escape scenes.

• Selectable sword-fight mechanics:

  • Timing based combat.

  • Directional combat.

• 6 castles.

• 10 chapters.

• Custom chapters. Create your own custom chapter according to the following:

  • Each completed castle, or castle part will be unlocked for custom chapters.

  • Select the game mode you want to play in the custom chapter:

    • Rescue the princess.

    • Find the treasure.

    • Escape.

  • Extra gold you find in the story mode will help you unlock heroes to join you to custom chapters.
