Universal Rivals is a player vs player fighting game which uses a 3D movement system inside of various 3D environments. The world and story have fantasy elements but are also grounded enough so that the combat is easy to understand and follow. The influence of the fighting mechanics is a combination of anime and classic martial arts movies. Everything from projectiles to ground fighting are included in the character techniques. Environmental damage and obstacles add some flare as well.
