Step into a city turned upside down by a terrifying Gnostic cult as a vampire sent by the Church to defeat the diabolical menace. You're the last resort, the pill that is too hard to swallow, the cure bitter than the sickness. And you must save the City before the Demiurgic forces destroy it completely. Survive this blend of Gothic horror, Lovecraftian tale and anime aesthetics with the help of your 11 charismatic companions, each with their own personality and agenda, forge friendships or more with them as you work together to reclaim the city.

Embody Valdrich, a vampire with a gift for fighting and a rather questionable talent for thinking, and Kazia, his loyal companion with a lethal aim, but whose patience is shorter than the lives of their enemies.
