War Angels is a narrative-driven hospital management game where survival comes at a cost.

Treat patients, manage scarce resources, and face impossible moral dilemmas.
Amputate or risk infection. Save a child or a journalist. Accept everyone, or protect your staff.

While struggling to keep your war-torn hospital alive, you’ll face branching narrative arcs with multiple endings, each shaped by difficult moral dilemmas. Inspired by real events, every decision will challenge not only your ability to survive, but your own humanity.
