CRAFT & BUILD

The goals of the game is to survive and save people.

Craft useful tools and medicines, build more appropriate facilities to help people survive.

You must carefully consider which items to craft or buildings to construct, as resources are very limited.

HOSPITAL MORALE

Hospital morale is the key indicator in the game. 

Lower morale results in reduced worker performance, and at 0 morale, doctors will feel they've failed and may choose to leave their jobs.

SCAVENGING

To collect resources you can send doctors or paramedics to explore outside hospital.

But remember, every action you take will impact the game.

NARRATIVE EVENT

Some impactful narrative events will occur mid-game, requiring the player's actions to decide what happens next

EPIDEMIC

War brings various diseases and can potentially lead to an epidemic, which poses the greatest threat.

Dealing with an epidemic will consume significant resources, but you can avoid it by discharging the infected patient at the cost of your hospital's morale.
