This game contains frequent intense violence and gore. Players fight alien hordes and monsters using guns, swords, explosive abilities, and energy blasts. Combat includes dismemberment, blood splatter, explosive deaths, and graphic enemy fatalities.
The game is set in a dark post-apocalyptic sci-fi world where Earth has been overrun by aliens. It features themes of war, survival, loss, and resistance. There are no depictions of sexual assault, non-consensual sex, drug/alcohol abuse, or self-harm.
