About This Game

Adventurers Guild Inc. is a turn-based management game where you run the business behind the heroics! Hire staff, post quests, and fulfill adventurers' needs (while taking a cut). Manage your budget, grow your reputation, watch adventurers scramble and build the greatest guild of all!

A new day begins and you’re in charge. Review the situation, plan your guild's activities, assign staff, pick quests, and schedule maintenance—but choose wisely. Once orders are given, there’s no turning back! Time flows, money pours in, adventurers scramble, and reports pile up. Whatever unfolds, you’ll have to answer for all of it at the next board meeting!

  • 4 phases per day (night, morning, afternoon, and evening) each with a distinct focus

  • Cyclical events (weekly recruitment day, monthly board review, etc.)

  • Temporary events and dilemmas linked to the state of the world

Negotiate with world factions, get your staff to transform their problems into adventurers' quests, and publish the most urgent, lucrative, or prestigious jobs. Launch a slime study for the Academy or exterminate the disgusting creatures to turn their loot into valuable equipment. It's all standard procedure!

  • Discover tasks by completing exploration quests

  • Factions then make requests (based on tasks) that are processed into quests

  • Choose which quests to post and decide how to maximize their appeal to adventurers (marketing, quest type, etc.)

From battle-hardened warriors to rogues with questionable hygiene, each adventurer brings something unique (if not always pleasant) to your guild. Invest in amenities, expand quest offerings, or get… creative. Whether it’s a seminar on “Choosing the Right Quest” or a touch of magical brainwashing, it’s all for the greater good!

  • Influence adventurers depending on your needs—no direct control

  • Get to know them—tests, time, and technological advancements will be required! You never know who might be a potential “hero”!

  • Synergies, factions’ requests, world events, and many other elements might make you question whether the most powerful person is the right choice for your guild.

Manage hundreds of unique adventurers, 75 quest types, 24 upgradeable facilities, and over 120 technological advancements. Watch your small guild grow into a world-shaping enterprise in a low-tech fantasy world brimming with humor and magic.

  • Realistic scaling (slow and steady): rewards for delivering goods and killing a dragon are orders of magnitude apart! (Literally—from a dozen coins to hundreds of thousands)

  • The TRUE size of an adventurers guild: you’ll be handling several hundred adventurers, so you’ll need the staff, facilities, and technology to match. This is a pseudo-realistic sim based on 19th-century corporations, with a fantasy and comedic twist.

Balance your budget and keep your reputation as pristine as possible as your decisions ripple across the realm. Make the right friends and the wrong enemies... or accidentally annoy everyone all at once. Will you help train the next generation of heroes or pocket the profits and flee town? Each town offers a fresh start, new sponsors, and plenty of questionable opportunities!

  • Your guild, your way: the path to success is up to you! You can keep your business diverse and never master anything, or specialize in certain adventurers, quests, or factions at the risk of completely locking out other opportunities.

  • Meta game progression ensures a new experience each time: easier, harder, or just different, but always more in line with your vision of an ideal adventurers guild.
