Why Early Access?

“We have decided to release our game in Early Access because we are a small development team of two people working on this project alongside our full-time jobs. While the main storyline is complete and playable from start to finish, we believe the game would benefit from additional content, features, and polish that we want to implement with community feedback.

Development began in March 2024, and we initially set an ambitious full release target of May 2025. However, as first-time game developers, we encountered numerous unexpected challenges that extended our timeline. Rather than delaying the release further, we want to share our core experience with players while we continue improving the game.

Early Access allows us to gather valuable player insights as we expand the world with additional content beyond the main story, refine game mechanics, and enhance the overall player experience. We believe this collaborative approach will result in a more polished and content-rich final product that better meets our community's expectations.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We plan to remain in Early Access for approximately three months, with a scheduled full release date of July 31, 2025. This timeline allows us to incorporate player feedback and implement planned enhancements while maintaining a focused development schedule. Should development milestones require adjustments, we will communicate any timeline changes promptly to our community.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will offer a significantly enhanced experience compared to the Early Access release. Players can expect:

• Refined card-based combat system with improved balance and gameplay mechanics
  
• Expanded merchant system with additional shops and trading opportunities
  
• Broader card collection with new strategic options and combinations
  
• Additional NPCs throughout the game world, creating a more dynamic environment
  
• More dreams to uncover, providing deeper narrative experiences and rewards
  
• Implementation of Steam achievements to recognize player accomplishments
  
• Overall improvements to world liveliness and environmental interactions

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The Early Access version represents a solid foundation of our complete vision. Current development status:

• Story: Complete – The main narrative can be experienced from beginning to end
  
• Battle System: Complete – Core card-based combat mechanics are fully implemented
  
• Visuals: 90% Complete – Most visual elements are finalized with minor refinements planned
  
• Dialogues & NPC States: 60% Complete – Essential character interactions are in place, with additional dialogue options and NPC behaviors to be expanded

Players will experience a complete narrative journey with our core gameplay systems intact, while we continue to enhance the game's depth, polish, and additional content features during the Early Access period.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Price will not change when we leave early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“Community feedback is central to our development approach. We have established an active Discord channel where players have already provided invaluable feedback during our playtesting phase. This platform will continue to serve as our primary hub for community engagement throughout Early Access.”
