Miksi Early Access?

The game will evolve with feedback from streamers and their communities over time, meaning more minigames, items, gamemodes, cosmetics, redeems and other features will be added. Once enough content has been added and expanded upon, the game will be ready for full release.

We are estimating that it will take around 1 year from release until the game is ready to leave early access.

We plan to have a wide variety of features available in the full version to keep streamers entertained for hours on end without running out of things to do with their viewers. These features will be based on the foundations laid out in Early Access, such as more livestream integrated minigames, more items for the avatars to use like weapons, more redeems for viewers to trigger with donations and potentially even more platform integrations like YouTube Livestreams and TikTok Live. There will also be additional gamemodes, such as a non-VR gamemode for those that don't like VR but still want to interact with their communities through BYTEWORLD.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The early access contains the core features and systems that will be present in the full release, but there is a lot of room to keep expanding on these features and adding more depth to them. The existing features include the VR gamemode, which contains VR avatars, VR menu with spawnable items, livestream integration and redeems, custom commands, voice chat, a functioning level editor with Steam Workshop integration, a cosmetics shop with Steam Inventory integration to allow trading/marketing and many more features!

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

The game will remain free to play with optional paid DLCs for streamers.

I plan on taking suggestions from the community on new additions to the game, such as items, redeems, cosmetics, etc. Feedback can be submitted in the Discord server found on the Store Page, and comments can be left under the "BYTEWORLD" channel in this server.
