This is a demo version of Tearscape, a 2D top-down action-adventure, blending fast-paced combat, exploration, and pixel art inspired by Game Boy Color classics. Fight monstrous foes, unlock new abilities, and explore a non-linear map filled with hidden secrets and dangerous challenges.

In this demo, you will have access to the tutorial area, the graveyard, the forest, a small village, and the game's first dungeon, Dreadmoor Palace.

Features

Master precise combat, where every strike and dodge matters. Strategically manage your stamina by carefully considering each move as you face off against grotesque enemies. You have a limited number of healing flasks—use them wisely and plan your moments to recover carefully. Upgrade your character's stats to remain effective and competitive in combat.

In this demo, you will explore Dreadmoor Palace, the game's first dungeon, packed with deadly traps and challenging knight enemies. Awaiting you at the dungeon's end is the game's first boss.

In this demo, face off against the game's first boss, Seraph the Impure—a formidable adversary. With a combination of close and ranged attacks, Seraph will test your skills, but beware of the second phase, where unexpected and dangerous surprises await.

In this demo, you'll explore the game's opening areas: the graveyard, the forest, the abandoned village, and the first dungeon. The map is filled with branching paths and hidden shortcuts, so stay alert as you explore.

The demo introduces two NPCs: Valthor, who offers a small quest with a useful reward, and Aldric, your guide throughout the journey.
