„This game is a one person project about a military conflict that never happened, but could have. 1953: NATO vs Warsaw Pact is playable, however due to a lack of resources and a desire to make the game a reliable "what if" scenario, I have opted for an Early Access release.

The major task is to find enough proper data about the Order of Battle for the period, so I'm really hoping that the community will help improve the collected data.

Of course, one of the goals is to work with the community and gather feedback about the potential "storyline". So, by choosing to support us, you'll have real input into how the possible conflict unfolds.“

„The final version of the game should be ready in roughly couple months. This may change, however, depending on community input. If there's a great deal of feedback about possible additional fictional content, the time line might expand.“

„As mentioned before, the final release will mostly differ in the amount of historical data implemented in-game. During the entire process I intend to work on balancing the game (based on player feedback) and implementing new events and possibilities for the background storyline.

So at this point, 1953 is a solid base for game, but during the coming months while the game is in Early Access, it will become richer with more possible pathways open to the player.“

V jaké fázi vývoje se hra nachází?

„The game is fully playable and all of its features are implemented. You can play the game as any country existing in Europe in 1953, or any combination of countries. And you can choose to play PBEM or hotseat for a mutli-player experience. However, as the scope of the game is very large, there will always be room for improvements in the AI, the Order of Battle, and side aspects of the game.“

„No. Early Access is going to give you the chance to play immediately and take part in shaping the game.“

„All kind of constructive feedback is more than welcome. Intel, Order of Battle, strength balancing, AI improvements, "what if" scope - all these fields can be filled by the community just by posting on the forum.

I'm really eager to hear your opinions on making this game better and to hear your feedback about improving your gameplay experience.“
