I was there when the first seed cracked. When light was truth, and choices echoed. I watched your kind wrap roots around dreams and call it life.

You wonder what I am. A queen? A ghost?
No. I am the answer to a question your world forgot to ask.

Everything that grows… decays. The rot was already there—deep in the soil, and deeper in you. For that… I am grateful.

Griffin, who sharpens heirlooms against ghosts, chasing legacy.
Hazel, who sings to creatures no one else hears, hoping kindness outweighs grief.
Misato, who laughs too loud and dances through despair, mistaking joy for restoration.
Slaine, who hides behind rituals of flame, calling vengeance purpose.
And Gulzar—my favorite—who studies the strings, believing you don’t dance. But you do. Oh, how you dance.
