Hellmate is a roguelike deck-building game inspired by chess, where you focus on creating powerful synergies with cards to kill the opposing king piece as quickly as possible

  • Use cards to play pieces.

  • Spend your mana as efficiently as possible.

  • Kill enemy pieces to remove any threats

  • Damage points only affect the king.

  • Kill the enemy king in the shortest round time and move forward.

  • Watch out for the king patterns!

  • Make your strategy around your enemy.

  • Create your deck with unique Spell and Piece cards.

  • Every Consumable and Joker card you pick can significantly impact your game.

  • A unique roguelike chess experience

  • Each run has 7 randomly generated floors, each themed after one of the 7 deadly sins
