Why Early Access?

“Early access since SurvivalWorld currently does not have the final version, the idea is to advance progressively over time with updates that include new functionalities and corrections, on the one hand by ideas that I have and on the other by collecting feedback from the community of players. In addition, today it may contain bugs, errors, errors that will be corrected with updates.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“An approximate estimate that I could say is six years, depending on how the game is received by the community. The idea is to keep it updated as explained above, continuous updates to add content and correct bugs.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“In comparison to the early access version of the game, I plan to keep updating it after its release, based on the story, which I plan to implement. The final version will not mean that it will be completely finished, updates will continue. In this way I plan to make the current systems more complete such as collecting new tools, building new blocks and structures, planting new types of plants and planting places, exploration. I plan to include new functions and mechanics, new exploration areas such as caves in different biomes, new worlds and so on. I also plan to integrate boss fights, among the creatures that could be added.

Obviously I also consider that the opinion of the players is essential in the development, both in early access and in the final version of the game, therefore their opinions will always be taken into account.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current state of early access is an alpha version which includes what is shown in the trailer and what is specified in the description. You appear in a wide world where you will have to obtain resources to improve both your tools and make armor. You can build whatever you want, houses, castles, with a block-based construction system, you can plant different plants that you will find in the world. You can use some of them to domesticate all types of animals, such as horses, chickens, pigs, among many more. It currently has different biomes such as a temperate biome, or normal, within the game known as "Grasslands" areas: Tundra, Snowfall, Desert, Forests, Pines. And much more”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“No, the price of the game will be final until after launch. For possible future plans that I may have, regardless of whether there are expansions or something like that, that would be separate, but the price of the game will be the same as now.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I consider that there can be a good team both in development and in the community, people's feedback has to be taken into account since they are the ones who play, in addition to being a person who is in charge of all the development, You cannot always cover everything, that is why the community will be very important in the development of SurvivalWorld. Bug reports, suggestions for updates and more will be taken into account. All this compiled from the Steam forums, Twitter and other social networks in which they send me comments.”
