At this slightly unconventional school, Arata lives a normal, peaceful life as a student.

There's the annoying girl who comes to wake him up every morning and sits next to him at school, his guy friends (whom he's not sure he actually likes), the class president, and his easygoing homeroom teacher.

A peaceful life sounds pleasant, but day after day of nothing happening makes a person restless. Until one day, when a transfer student shows up in the middle of the year…

As the biggest event of the year, the culture festival, approaches, Arata and the others start pinning their hopes on this last chance to create some memories of their youth. But that's when an illness hits the entire school…
