About This Game

Mega City Parkour is all about exploring a massive Cyberpunk / Sci-Fi city of the future. Mega City’s look-and-feel is inspired by the dystopian and neon-drenched look of Blade Runner, Cyberpunk 2077, and Dredd.

The highly detailed core of the city is a little more than 1km2, which is half the size of the core of Night City in Cyberpunk 2077. The surrounding suburbs and industrial areas add an additional 10km2 of explorable area. The city is 100% open and ready to explore immediately. There are no levels, loading screens, or off-limits areas. Your only limitation is your mastery of the many tools used for exploration.

Mega City has a diversity of architectural styles and districts. A modern (and dystopian) city center, a brutalist architectural district, a slum district, extensive urban/suburban sprawl, and industrial areas. The city is filled with more than 250 unique buildings, over 350 unique signs (billboards, neon, holograms, etc.) and hundreds of unique props.

The player has full control over the weather with 13 pre-configured weather conditions, as well as the time of day.

You can explore the city with a car, a flying hover-car, ziplines, rope swings, and of course parkour. The parkour abilities include 24 styles of vaulting, mantling, climbing, and sliding, as well as 4 flips and “stunts”. Plus ledge/wall climbing and beam walking. More may be added in future releases.

The game requires a mid-range PC to run with good performance. With a PC equipped with an RTX-4080 GPU I achieve 50 FPS at 4K resolution on “high” graphics settings, and on a laptop equipped with an RTX-1650Ti GPU I achieve 50 FPS at 1080p resolution on “medium” graphics settings.
