About This Game

Become a landlord whose responsibility is to maintain your renter's happiness. Ensure they have the decorations they love and they're in mint condition. Upgrade your portfolio of decorations to allow more combinations and keep up with demand. Expand your nest of rooms but be careful of the risk such as Thieves and Squatters! Each renter will have unique decorations that they like and dislike, so be sure the rooms have exactly what they want. Collect rent, expand, decorate, and repair for as long as you can before you go bankrupt.
Mix and match as many decorations as your room can fit to maximize the profit and make them stand out.
