Time Snatcher Handy is a Timestop Bullet-hell Roguelike.
Stop the time to dodge bullets, gather items to get stronger, and escape the Time Museum!

A cat thief Handy stole a clock hand from the Time Museum. Use the power of the clock hand to defeat numerous guards and escape.
The clock hand granted you a power to stop time. Use it to dodge through bullets, confuse enemies, and get out from tricky situations.
Gather 'time' from enemies. Time is your life, money, and resource for your power. Buy mysterious items from the time vending machine to get stronger.
