Skill cards give you options to buff yourself or debuff your rival friend. You'll collect cards during gameplay, and these are split into four categories:

• Red: Debuff your opponent.

• Green: Provide bonuses like a shield for yourself.

• Blue: Disrupt your rival's actions.

• Purple: Are context and environment-related events. You can use them to spoil your rival's date—but sometimes that’s not a bad thing, as certain AIs might actually like it!

Players speaking different languages can play together! Since Pick Me Pick Me is available in multiple languages, you can face off against your friend even if you don't speak the same language. Argue in the language you’re most comfortable with and challenge your opponent, no matter what they speak!

**Developer's Notice On Steam Purchases:

Unlike more typical games, Pick Me Pick Me uses advanced AI models to determine character thoughts, behaviors, and speech. We believe that this is critical to the appeal of the game, but it unfortunately introduces a cost to each interaction within the game. While we would like to shoulder that cost ourselves, the current price for interfacing with these models is beyond what we can handle.

To address this, we’ve added a system of Tokens that each player must spend in order to play the game. Each copy of Pick Me Pick Me starts off with enough Tokens to play for about 30-40 hours. In order to keep playing beyond that point, players will need to purchase more Tokens. Thank you for your understanding.
