In reality, land prices generally reflect the level of economic development and activities in a community. In Skyline Urban Story, land price is represented by the PLOT SYSTEM, which reflects the dual impact of commercial and office supplies. It will be a unique challenge to match valuable plots with sound civic services to create high-value areas in the city.

Price, Wealth, Income… The Whole Deal!

For a richer, more strategic gameplay, plot prices are further supplemented by the wealth and income system. Only areas with high plot prices can attract high-income residents and high-income jobs. Make sure this dynamic works in your favor – at times, let’s say that it just might go the other way…

Build Up, Build Dense

Higher plot prices will also drive up the city’s density. Buildings with higher density depends upon sufficient plot prices to support their economic needs. Try carefully foster density and enjoy the proud moment when skyscrapers shoot up from the ground in your city!

Different building combinations can form different special zones, increasing income or job opportunities via the economy of scale. Skyline: Urban Story features a hexagonal grid map without road construction gameplay, yet still offers gameplay revolving around transportation – as a matter of fact, movement of people and goods is a critical layer of the game determined by interlocking commuting range, leading to a complete transportation network.
